All purchases made on the AEX Coin platform are for digital utility packages, which are delivered instantly. Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital package has been purchased and credited to the user's account, it cannot be canceled or reversed. We do not entertain refund requests for change of mind or unused access.
