Overview

Users of AEX Coin may submit a request to redeem unused digital credits from their service packages. These redemptions are processed manually and subject to verification and eligibility.

Redemption Eligibility

Users are eligible to request redemption of credits when:

• The purchased package has remaining unused service value
• The account and identity have been successfully verified
• There is no violation of platform terms

Processing Time

All redemption requests are reviewed by our team and processed within 1–5 business days. Delays may occur in case of incomplete information or verification issues.

Minimum Redemption Amount

Redemption requests must meet the platform’s minimum withdrawal value, which will be shown in your dashboard or notification panel.

Payment Method

Eligible redemptions will be transferred via NEFT/UPI to the bank account or UPI ID provided and verified by the user. AEX Coin will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
